How the Offer Works

  • When you purchase any eligible product at the regular price, you receive one additional unit of the same product for free.

  • ADD TWO UNITS OF THE SAME ITEM INTO THE BASKET!

  • The free item must be identical to the purchased one (same model, size, colour, configuration, etc.).

 

Special Deal Policy 

  1. Buy One, Get One of the Same Product Free

    • For every product you buy, you may receive one matching product free of charge.

  2. Limit Per Product, Per Customer

    • Each customer may redeem the offer once per product.

    • This means you can purchase one unit of each product and receive one identical unit free for each different product.

  3. No Multiple Quantities for Extra Free Items

    • You cannot increase the number of free products by buying higher quantities of the same item.

    • Example:

      • If you buy 1× Product A, you get 1× Product A free.

      • If you buy 2× Product A, you still only get 1× Product A free, not two.

  4. Who Counts as a “Customer”

    • A customer is defined per individual (and household), based on name, email address and delivery address.

    • The promotion cannot be multiplied by splitting the same order across different accounts with the same recipient details.

  5. Validity Period

    • The offer is valid for purchases made during the promotional period and expires on 1 January 2026 at 23:59 (local time).

    • Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for the free product.

  6. Availability & Stock

    • The offer is valid while stocks last.

    • If a product is sold out, we cannot guarantee later availability under the same promotion.

  7. Returns & Exchanges

    • If you return the paid item, the free item must also be returned.

    • If the free item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.

    • Standard warranty and return conditions apply to both the purchased and free items.

  8. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative

    • The free product has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or different products.

    • The offer is not transferable to other orders or customers.

  9. Not Combinable with Other Promotions

    • This Christmas offer cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, coupon codes or special promotions, unless explicitly stated.

  10. Right to Modify or Cancel

    • We reserve the right to amend, extend or terminate the promotion at any time in case of technical issues, misuse, or circumstances beyond our control. Any such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
